Court Type / Model: Panoramic Customized Roof Lightweight Modular

Client's Requirement: The land in the center of Paris is very expensive, so if you want to build a tennis court, you can only aim at the rooftop. However, the roof has a limited load-bearing capacity (no more than 200kg/m2) and has to be built quickly in a limited space, otherwise the normal business of the building will be delayed.

The Super Power padelcourt solution

uses a frame as light as an aluminum pot: an aluminum frame was chosen, with each module weighing less than 80 kilograms, so that the entire court weighs only 180 kilograms per square meter, which is 20 kilograms less than the required load-bearing capacity, and the roof is perfectly capable of withstanding it. It's like setting up a tent with a lightweight aluminum alloy: it's strong and doesn't weigh down the building.

The lawn is as easy to dismantle as a jigsaw puzzle: the lawn is made into 5-cm-thick removable modules of 0.5 square meters each, just like a jigsaw puzzle. If you want to hold activities on the roof one day, you can dismantle the court in 2 hours and replace it with another scene, which is very flexible.

To the roof to wear a “waterproof raincoat”: special roof waterproofing system, first paved TPO waterproofing membrane, coupled with drainage tanks, even if heavy rain is not afraid of water leakage. After all, on the roof, safety first.
