Client's Core Requirements: 

1. The competition-level court must strictly meet the International Padel Federation's Level 1 court standards and be qualified to host regional commercial elite tournaments in Phuket and local amateur championships in Thailand;

2.  Adapt to Thailand's tropical maritime climate, focusing on overcoming the three major environmental challenges of high temperature and intense sunlight, high humidity and heavy rainfall, and salt spray corrosion, ensuring long-term stable performance of the courts;

3.  Balance professional sports attributes with a resort and leisure atmosphere, achieving seamless integration of the courts with the hotel's beachfront landscape, enhancing the added value of the sports experience for high-end guests.

   
   

Super Power Customized Solution: 

Competition-level court:  Strictly built according to the specifications of professional courts of the World Padel Tour, the core frame uses special hot-dip galvanized steel resistant to marine climates, with an added fluorocarbon anti-ultraviolet electrostatic spray coating on the surface. This double protection effectively resists salt spray corrosion and high-temperature aging; the fence uses high-quality netting, treated with a professional tensioning process for even tension, and paired with ultra-white tempered safety glass end walls, ensuring stable ball rebound and achieving a natural connection between the court and the beachfront landscape, creating an immersive sports scene; the ground is laid with internationally certified anti-slip and wear-resistant professional Padel turf, with a high-density cushioning layer and an efficient drainage system installed underneath. Even during Phuket's rainy season with heavy rainfall, accumulated water can be quickly drained, maintaining anti-slip performance and sports comfort in humid conditions, fully meeting the requirements for hosting international competitions.

Durability and Maintenance: All court materials undergo triple professional treatment for UV resistance, salt spray resistance, and mildew resistance. The tournament-grade court surface features an additional wear-resistant protective coating, significantly improving durability and easily withstanding over 10 hours of high-frequency daily use.  For Thailand's high-temperature climate, a customized intelligent sensor-based sprinkler cooling system is installed, monitoring the court surface temperature in real-time.  The system automatically activates misting sprinklers to lower the court temperature during high temperatures, with precise and controllable spraying to prevent excessive wetting of the turf.  The modular and standardized structural design, with universal interfaces for core components, allows for quick replacement of damaged parts without requiring complete renovation. A dedicated, easy-to-follow maintenance guide is provided, outlining standardized procedures for daily cleaning and periodic inspections.  Regular hotel maintenance staff can perform these tasks independently after simple training, significantly reducing annual maintenance costs and improving the cost-effectiveness of court operation.
