QUALITY INSPECTION
Supper Power Sports has established a strict and complete quality inspection system. From the analysis of steel composition when raw materials enter the warehouse, the tensile test of fence materials, to the dimensional accuracy and welding quality inspection of each process in the production process, to the overall performance inspection of the finished product, All are supervised by professional quality inspectors. Each padel tennis court must undergo multiple strict inspections before leaving the factory, and the inspection pass rate must reach more than 99% before it can be allowed to leave the factory, eliminating any quality risks from flowing into the market.
EXPERIMENTS
To improve product performance, we have set up a professional laboratory. Here, we simulate various extreme environments to test the products, such as simulating tropical high temperature and high humidity environments to test the anti-rust performance of steel structures, testing the durability of fences through tens of thousands of tennis impact tests, and using professional equipment to test the ball rebound rate and friction coefficient of ground materials. Based on experimental data, we continuously optimize product design and technology to ensure that the products can operate stably and reliably in different usage scenarios.

Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel Structure
We adopt hot-dip galvanizing, immersing steel structures in 450℃ high-temperature zinc liquid. This process forms a zinc layer over 120μm thick, greatly enhancing rust resistance and corrosion protection.

The fences are installed using seamless splicing and hot-melt welding technology, ensuring a flat and firm structure with no visible joints or loose tempered glass panels.
Durable & Level Playing Surface
Our PE turf is laid with modular splicing technology, secured with special locks and adhesive. This guarantees a total flatness deviation within ±3mm, making the surface durable and resistant to peeling.
